Nori's Deli serves vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and natural/local meat options to cover every meal.
We start every morning baking fresh muffins and brewing excellent fair-trade roasted coffees. Then we make a nice daily selection of sandwiches, salads, wraps, hot meals, and vegetarian soups all from Local, Organic, and Natural ingredients. Enjoy Nori's FRESHLY prepared food.

Every day we do our best to create delicious items and a few surprises, as seen in our schedule below. We welcome suggestions pertaining to any of our foods. While we reserve the right to surprise you with non-scheduled items, you can expect to find these sandwiches and items in our deli case unless we are out of ingredients or due to other unforeseen circumstances. However, we cannot guarantee that these sandwiches will be here when you get here.

Sweet Potato Wrap:  Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Onions, Garlic & Thyme paired with Balsamic Black Beans, Spinach and Cheddar Cheese in a Wrap. We make some without Cheese for our Dairy Free customers.

Jerk Chicken Wrap:  Real Jerk Chicken with Coconut Rice, Mango Chutney, Greens, and a Pickapeppa Sour Cream Sauce in a Spinach Wrap.

The Homesteader: A beautiful "from scratch" sandwich with house-made Farm Cheese, spicy Pickled Carrots, Arugula-Hemp Pesto, and Mozzarella (only item not made in-house) on toasted English Muffin Bread.

Breakfast Burrito: Today our Breakfast Burrito is filled with Local Eggs, Black Beans, Onions, Spinach, Salsa, and Cheddar.

Spring Rolls: Rice Paper Wrappers filled with Ginger Chili Noodles, Red Cabbage, Carrot, Spinach, and Fresh Herbs served with our house-made Asian Vinaigrette.

Hot Lunch: We've made something tasty and just right for today. Vegetarian! Served from 11 - 3 or until we run out.


Hummus & Veggie: Shredded Carrot, Red Cabbage, Fresh Greens, Roasted Red Peppers, and Balsamic Vinaigrette with our freshly-made Classic Hummus in a Spinach Wrap.

Turkey, Cheddar & Tomato Chutney Sandwich Applegate Turkey with house-made Tomato Chutney, sliced Sharp Cheddar, Greens, and sliced Red Onion on soft Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread.

Eggplant Parmesan: Fried and Breaded Eggplant, Mozzarella, Nori’s made Garlic Aioli, and Marinara Sauce on fresh house-made Focaccia!

Egg Rolls: Egg roll wrappers stuffed with sautéed Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onions, Garlic, Asian seasonings, and Nori's Teriyaki Tofu. All fried  into a tasty treat.  Comes with Ginger Chili Dipping Sauce.


Full Sun Garden Burger: A House Made Veggie Burger with Zucchini and Carrots, a Lemon Tomato Mayo, Melted Mozzarella, on House Made Burger Bun with Lettuce and Red Onion.

Thai Coconut Green Curry Noodle Spring Roll: Rice Noodles with a slightly spicy Coconut Green Curry and Keffir Lime Leaf Sauce, Mango, Orange, Red Cabbage, Spinach, Green Onion and Basil with a Peanut Dipping Sauce.

Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich: Delicious NY Local Fresh Mozzarella, with Tomato Slices and Baby Spinach with Garlic Aioli on a Crispy Baguette.

Curried Tofu Wrap: Marinated & Baked Curry Tofu with a Curried Carrot Slaw, Cashews, Dried Cranberries and Greens in a Spinach Wrap.

Chipotle Turkey Wrap: A fresh option for lunch! Applegate Turkey with Kidney Bean, Sauteed Onions and Corn in a Chipotle Ranchero Sauce with Crisp Lettuce and a Lime Sour cream.

Hot Lunch Special: We've made something tasty and just right for today. The Wednesday Hot Lunch is typically our "Option for the Omnivore" - contains meat.


Tempeh Reuben: Tempeh that’s marinated, baked, and sliced thin with Russian Dressing, Sauerkraut and Swiss on Rock Hill Rye. Tempeh has never had it so good!

Turkey Reuben: Same as the Tempeh Reuben but made with Applegate Turkey instead!

Greek Hummus & Veggie Wrap: Classic Hummus, Greens, Stuffed Grape Leaves, Crumbled Feta, Balsamic Vinaigrette & 2 out of the next 3 depending on availability: Cucumber, Sweet Pepper & Tomato

Egg Salad Sandwich: Our Classic Egg Salad Sandwich on Soft Whole Wheat Bread with Crisp Leaf Lettuce.

Tofu Bahn Mi: A Vietnamese Style Sandwich with Marinated and Baked Tofu with Picked Daikon Radish and Carrots, Fresh Cilantro and a slightly spicy Vegan Mayo on a Baguette.

Breakfast Burrito: Today's Breakfast Burrito is filled with Scrambled Eggs, Sautèed Onions & Peppers, Roasted Potatoes, Salsa and Cheddar.

Ginger Tofu and Mushroom Soba Noodle Spring Roll: Baked Ginger Garlic TOfu with chiffonaded Leaf Lettuce and Buckwheat Soba Noodles with Mushrooms rolled in a Rice Wrapper. Comes with an Asian Lime Dipping Sauce


Pad Thai: completely vegetarian and totally delicious

Cubano Ham Sandwich:  Applegate Black Forest Ham with House Made Pickles, Swiss Cheese, and a little Dijonaise on Rock Hill Farm Bread Grilled with Butter.

Roasted Beet & Feta Sandwich: Lovely Roasted Beets with Greens, Thinly Slice Red Onion, a Creamy Feta Sauce on a Stirato Roll

Fresh Spring Rolls: Rice Paper Wrappers filled with Curry Rice Noodles, Sweet Peppers, Spinach, Red Cabbage and Fresh Herbs with a Mango Dipping Sauce.

Greek Tofu Cutlet  Wrap:
Greek Marinated Tofu, breaded and baked with Leaf Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Crumbled Feta & A House Made Lemon Vinaigrette.

Quiche: A creamy custard inside of our house made crust. We fill it full of delicious vegetables and bake it up fresh. The filling changes weekly depending on availability.

Egg Rolls: Egg roll wrappers stuffed with sautéed Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onions, garlic, Asian seasonings, and Nori's Teriyaki Tofu. All fried up into a tasty treat.  Comes with Ginger Chili Dipping Sauce.

Veggie Burger: House Made Black Bean Burger Patties with varying toppings depending on seasonality.

Maple BBQ Chicken: Real chicken braised in a BBQ sauce made with local maple syrup. Served in a whole wheat tortilla along with a tangy apple slaw.

MUFFINS!  We make vegan muffins every morning.  They are made with whole wheat pastry flour, safflower oil, soy milk, vanilla, baking powder, salt.  The flavor of the day varies, usually a fruit or berry, sometimes with nuts…

COOKIES!  We almost always have Kristen’s Vegan Everything Cookies, with oats, raisins, walnuts, and chocolate chips.  Other types of cookies include but are not limited to: a wide array of gluten-free goodies, peanut butter cookies, cream cheese cookies with jelly center, classic chocolate chip, ginger-molasses, macaroons, pecan sandies, etc.

BROWNIES!  Our basket of chocolate brownies tempts every customer.  Our brownies are a classic recipe made with organic whole wheat pastry flour, real chocolate, butter, and eggs. We also make a gluten-free version!   

COFFEE!  We brew Equal Exchange coffee which is certified Fair Trade and Organic. We also brew Gimme Coffee roasted in Ithaca, NY, which buys several varieties of organic coffee at a fair trade or above rate.  We brew five kinds each day, one decaf, and a range of dark to medium roasts.

SOUPS!  All of our soups are made right here in our kitchen with our own wholesome ingredients, including organic and local produce, organic dairy, organic rice, organic beans and pasta. Every day we offer two kinds of soups with vegan and gluten free options. Our soups can be simple and nice or gourmet and delicious. 

BURRITOS!  We have these EVERY day.  Our classic vegetarian burrito consists of:  black beans, long grain brown rice, corn, onions, peppers, spices, and cheddar cheese.  It is in a whole wheat tortilla, baked to perfection.  We also offer a vegan burrito, identical to the vegetarian version except for the substitution of in-house made vegan sour cream for the cheddar.

HUMMUS:  A vegan spread made of chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, cumin and garlic.  We make several flavors: Nori's  Classic, Cilantro and Lime, Roasted Garlic, and Roasted Garlic/Red Pepper.

SALADS:  We make a variety of green salads as well as our standard Cobb and Greek salads. Garden salads are always available. 

    Greek Salads are romaine lettuce with stuffed grape leaves, feta chunks sprinkled with oregano, whole kalamata olives,             tomato wedges, pepperoncini peppers or lemon slices, and a red wine vinegar/olive oil dressing.

    Garden Salads include green leaf lettuce, grated carrots, thin-sliced red cabbage, sprouts, and tomato wedges, and                 they come with your choice of dressings.  We have home-made balsamic vinaigrette, asian vinaigrette, or honey-dijon.

    Nori's Cobb Salad usually on spinach with roasted red peppers, red onion, walnuts, cucumber, and a local hard boiled                 eggs and again your choice of dressing.
