Nori's Deli serves vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and now natural/local meat options to cover all meals of the day. We start our morning baking fresh muffins and brewing excellent fair-trade, organic, and locally roasted coffees. Then we make a nice daily selection of sandwiches, salads, wraps, hot meals and vegetarian soups all from Local, Organic, and Natural ingredients. Enjoy Nori's FRESHLY prepared food.

Every day we do our best to create delicious items and a few surprises from our schedule below.  We are happy to receive suggestions pertaining to any of our foods. While we reserve the right to surprise you with non-scheduled items, you can expect to find these sandwiches and items in our deli case unless we are out of ingredients or there are other unforeseen circumstances. However, we cannot guarantee that these sandwiches will be here when you get here.

Egg Salad Sandwich:  Hard Boiled Eggs, Mayonnaise, & Spices with Crispy Leaf Lettuce on Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Bread and gluten free bread. A few portions wrapped in leaf lettuce for a grain free option.

Breakfast Burrito: Today our Breakfast Burrito is filled with Local Eggs, Black Beans, Onions, Spinach, Salsa and Cheddar.

Veggie Sushi: Every Sushi day we will create something a little different. However the Veggie Sushi is usually Gluten Free, made with Vegetables, sometimes Tofu, Rice and Nori. Served with Wasabi, Pickled Ginger and Tamari Sauce.

Chicken Sharwarma:  Marinated REAL Chicken Thighs grilled and sliced in a Whole Wheat Wrap with Housemade Hummus, Pickles Red Onion, Fresh Lettuce, Cucumber, a delicious Spiced Yogurt Sauce, and Garlic Chili Sauce.

Brie and Vegetable Sandwich: Ooey Gooey Double Crème Brie layered with Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Red Peppers, and Spinach on Grilled Rock Hill Sourdough with Pesto (contains nuts).

Hot Lunch: We've made something tasty and just right for today. - vegetarian!


Eggplant Parmesan: Fried Breaded Eggplant, Mozzarella, Nori’s made Garlic Aioli and Marinara Sauce on Fresh House made Focaccia bread!!

Spring Rolls: Rice Paper Wrappers filled with Ginger Chili Noodles, Red Cabbage, Carrot, Spinach, and Fresh Herbs served with our house made Asian Vinaigrette.

Lentil Beet Loaf Sandwich! Housemade Lentil Beet Loaf (think meatloaf but not) with a Tomato Mustard Relish and a thin layer of Mayo on toasted Rock Hill Whole Wheat Bread

Veggie Burger: Our own house made Burger Patties with toppings changing depending on availability and season. Sometimes wrapped in Lettuce for a fresh and Gluten Free Option.

Hummus & Veggie: Shredded Carrot & Red Pepper, Fresh Greens, Roasted Red Peppers and Balsamic Vinaigrette with our Freshly made Classic Hummus in a Spinach Wrap.


Egg Rolls: Egg roll wrappers stuffed with sautéed cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, Asian seasonings, and Nori's teriyaki tofu. All fried up into a tasty treat.  Comes with ginger chili dipping sauce.

Tempeh Reuben: Tempeh that’s marinated, baked, and sliced thin with Russian Dressing, Sauerkraut and Swiss on Rock Hill Rye. Tempeh has never had it so good!

Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich: Delicious NY Local Fresh Mozzarella, with Tomato Slices and Baby Spinach with Pesto Aioli on a Crispy Baguette.

Curried Tofu Wrap: Marinated & Baked Curry Tofu with a Curried Carrot Slaw, Cashews, Dried Cranberries and Greens in a Spinach Wrap.

Hot Lunch Special: We've made something tasty and just right for today. The Wednesday Hot Lunch is typically our "Option for the Omnivore" - contains meat.


Tofu Bahn Mi: A Vietnamese Style Sandwich with Marinated and Baked Tofu with Picked Daikon Radish and Carrots, Fresh Cilantro and a slightly spicy Vegan Mayo on a Baguette.

Hummus & Veggie Wrap: Shredded Carrots & Red Cabbage, Fresh Greens, Roasted Red Peppers and Balsamic Vinaigrette with our Freshly made Classic Hummus in a Spinach Wrap.

Pizza Thursday: Every Thursday we are firing up the oven to make a tasty unique "PIZZA OF THE DAY".  The Pizza is made with Our Own Dough, Our Own Sauce and Our Own Fillings.  

Breakfast Burrito: Today's Breakfast Burrito is filled with Scrambled Eggs, Sautèed Onions & Peppers, Salsa and Cheddar.

Pad Thai: completely vegetarian and totally delicious


Cubano "Ham" Sandwich:  Meat Analogue "Ham" that we've Pan Fried and put on a sandwich with House Made Pickles, Swiss Cheese, Dijon and a little Mayonnaise on Rock Hill Farm Bread Grilled with Butter. Delicious!

Roasted Beet & Feta Sandwich: Lovely Raosted Beets with Greens, Thinly Slice Red, a Creamy Feta Sauce on a Stirato Roll

Fresh Spring Rolls: We take a Rice Wrapper and fill it with Curry Noodles, Sweet Peppers, Red Cabbage, Herbs, and Spinach. Served with a House Made Mango Sauce. It's fresh!

Quiche: A creamy custard inside of our house made crust. We fill it full of delicious vegetables and bake it up fresh. The filling changes weekly depending on availability.

Egg Rolls: Egg roll wrappers stuffed with sautéed Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onions, garlic, Asian seasonings, and Nori's Teriyaki Tofu. All fried up into a tasty treat.  Comes with Ginger Chili Dipping Sauce.

Veggie Burgers:  Our own  house made Veggie Burgers  on a Whole Wheat Bun with various toppings changing daily. 

The "Normal Guy" Sandwich: Tofurky Slices with Fresh Tomato, Lettuce and a Vegan Dijonaise Spread on Alvarado Flax Bread.

Falafel Wraps: House made Falafel Balls fried to perfection with Greens, Tomato and your choice of sauce: Creamy Tatziki or Lemon Tahini (vegan).

TBLT: Tempeh Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato with Dijonaise on grilled Rock Hill Farm Bread.

MUFFINS!  We make vegan muffins every morning.  They are made with whole wheat pastry flour, safflower oil, soy milk, vanilla, baking powder, salt.  The flavor of the day varies, usually a fruit or berry, sometimes with nuts…

COOKIES!  We almost always have Kristen’s Vegan Everything Cookies, with oats, raisins, walnuts, and chocolate chips.  Other types of cookies include but are not limited to: a wide array of gluten-free goodies, peanut butter cookies, cream cheese cookies with jelly center, classic chocolate chip, ginger-molasses, macaroons, pecan sandies, etc.

BROWNIES!  Located at the first register, our basket of chocolate brownies tempts every customer who checks out.  Our brownies are a classic recipe made with organic whole wheat pastry real chocolate, butter, and eggs. We also make these gluten-free!   

COFFEE!  We brew Equal Exchange coffee which is certified Fair Trade and Organic. We also brew Gimme Coffee roasted in Ithaca, NY which buys several varieties of organic coffee at a fair trade or above rate.  We brew five kinds each day, one decaf, and a range of dark to medium roasts.

SOUPS!  All of our soups are made right here in our kitchen with our own wholesome ingredients, including organic and local produce, organic dairy, organic rice, organic beans and pasta. Every day we offer two kinds of soups with vegan and gluten free options. Our soups can be simple and nice or gourmet and delicious. 

BURRITOS!  We have these EVERYDAY.  Our classic vegetarian burrito consists of:  black beans, long grain brown rice, corn, onions, peppers, spices, and cheddar cheese.  It is in a whole wheat tortilla, baked to perfection.  We also offer a vegan burrito, identical except we substitute a vegan sour cream made in house, for the cheddar.

HUMMUS:  A vegan spread made of chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, cumin and garlic.  We make several flavors: Nori's New Classic, Cilantro and Lime, Roasted Garlic and Roasted Garlic/Red Pepper.

SALADS:  We make all kinds of green salads that are available. We always have the Garden available. 

    Greek Salads are romaine lettuce with stuffed grape leaves, feta chunks sprinkled with oregano, whole kalamata olives,             tomato wedges, pepperoncini peppers or lemon slices, and a red wine vinegar/olive oil dressing.

    Garden Salads include green leaf lettuce, grated carrots, thin-sliced red cabbage, sprouts, and tomato wedges, and                 they come with your choice of dressings.  We have home-made balsamic vinaigrette, asian vinaigrette, or honey-dijon.

    Nori's Cobb Salad usually on spinach with roasted red peppers, red onion, walnuts, cucumber, and a local hard boiled                 eggs and again your choice of dressing.
