Nori's Deli serves vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and natural/local meat options to cover every meal.
We start every morning baking fresh muffins and brewing excellent fair-trade roasted coffees. Then we make a nice daily selection of sandwiches, salads, wraps, hot meals, and vegetarian soups all from Local, Organic, and Natural ingredients. Enjoy Nori's FRESHLY prepared food.

Every day we do our best to create delicious items and a few surprises, as seen in our schedule below. We welcome suggestions pertaining to any of our foods. While we reserve the right to surprise you with non-scheduled items,
you can expect to find these sandwiches and items in our deli case, unless we are out of ingredients or due to other unforeseen circumstances. However, we cannot guarantee that these sandwiches will be here when you get here.

Monday
Breakfast Burrito: Today's Nori's Classic Breakfast Burrito is filled with Local Eggs, Onions, Salsa, and Cheddar.

Tempeh "Bacon" & Apple Sammy:
 
Tempeh "Bacon", Sauteed Apples, Cheddar Cheese, Red Onion, Spinach and Balsamic Mayonaise on Rockhill Sourdough.

The Homesteader: A beautiful "from scratch" sandwich with house-made Farm Cheese, spicy Pickled Carrots, Arugula-Hemp Pesto, and Mozzarella (only item not made in-house) on toasted English Muffin Bread.

Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wrap:  Real Buffalo-style chicken (with house-made hot sauce) with celery-onion-carrot slaw, Point Reyes Blue Cheese sauce, and mixed greens in a whole wheat wrap.

Buckwheat Soba Noodle Spring Roll: Baked Ginger Garlic TOfu with chiffonaded Leaf Lettuce and Buckwheat Soba Noodles with Mushrooms rolled in a Rice Wrapper. Comes with an Asian Lime Dipping Sauce

Hot Lunch: We've made something tasty and just right for today. Vegetarian! Served from 11 - 3 or until we run out.

Tuesday

Turkey, Cheddar & Cranberry Sauce Sandwich Applegate Turkey with house-made Tomato Chutney, sliced Sharp Cheddar, Greens, and sliced Red Onion on soft Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread.

Mongolian Tofu Wrap:  Mongolian BBQ Tofu, Stir Fried Veggies, and Coconut Sesame Rice on a Spinach Wrap.

Eggplant Parmesan: Fried and Breaded Eggplant, Mozzarella, Nori’s made Garlic Aioli, and Marinara Sauce on fresh house-made Focaccia!

Egg Rolls: Egg roll wrappers stuffed with sautéed Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onions, Garlic, Asian seasonings, and Nori's Teriyaki Tofu. All fried  into a tasty treat.  Comes with Ginger Chili Dipping Sauce.


Wednesday

Tempeh Reuben: Tempeh that’s marinated, baked, and sliced thin with Russian Dressing, Sauerkraut and Swiss on Rock Hill Rye. Tempeh has never had it so good!

Turkey Reuben: Same as the Tempeh Reuben but made with Applegate Turkey instead!

Tofu Bahn Mi: A Vietnamese Style Sandwich with Marinated and Baked Tofu with Picked Daikon Radish and Carrots, Fresh Cilantro and a slightly spicy Vegan Mayo on a Baguette.

Pizza: Toppings Change weekly :)

Hot Lunch Special: We've made something tasty and just right for today. The Wednesday Hot Lunch is typically our "Option for the Omnivore" - contains meat.


Thursday

Black Bean Breakfast Burrito: Today's Breakfast Burrito is filled with Scrambled Eggs, Sautèed Onions & Peppers, Black Beans, Fresh Spinach, Salsa and Cheddar.

Roasted Beet & Feta Sandwich: Lovely Roasted Beets with Greens, Thinly Slice Red Onion, a Creamy Feta Sauce on a Stirato Roll

Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich: Delicious NY Local Fresh Mozzarella, with Tomato Slices and Baby Spinach with Garlic Aioli on a Crispy Baguette.

Curried Tofu Wrap: Marinated & Baked Curry Tofu with a Curried Carrot Slaw, Cashews, Dried Cranberries and Greens in a Spinach Wrap.

Ginger Chili Spring Rolls: Rice Paper wrappers filled with Ginger Chili Noodles, Red Cabbage, Carrot, Spinach, and Fresh Herbs served with our house-made Asian Vinaigrette.

Friday

Pad Thai: Rice Noodles, Peanuts, Garlic, Shallots, Tofu, Wheat-Free Tamari, Date/Prune Paste, Lime Juice, Pure Cane Sugar, Chili Flakes, Eggs, Carrots, Green Onions, Pea Shoots, and Safflower Oil.

Quiche: A creamy custard inside of our house made crust. We fill it full of delicious vegetables and bake it up fresh. The filling changes weekly depending on availability.

Cubano Ham Sandwich:  Applegate Black Forest Ham with House Made Pickles, Swiss Cheese, and a little Dijonaise on Rock Hill Farm Bread Grilled with Butter.

Curry Noodle Spring Rolls: Rice Paper Wrappers filled with Curry Rice Noodles, Sweet Peppers, Spinach, Red Cabbage and Fresh Herbs with a Mango Dipping Sauce.

Sushi of the Day: Filling of the day, Seasoned Sushi Rice, Nori Wrapper, Tamari, Pickled Ginger and Wasabi


Saturday
Ham, Roasted Squash & Feta Sammich: Applegate Ham, Roasted Winter Squash, Kale & Onion Sauce, Feta, and Pesto on Rudi's Cracked Wheat Bread

Egg Rolls: Egg roll wrappers stuffed with sautéed cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, Asian seasonings, and Nori's Teriyaki Tofu. All fried up into a tasty treat.  Comes with Ginger Chili Dipping Sauce.

Falafel Wraps: House made Falafel Balls done two ways: option (1) with Tzatzki sauce, fresh greens, and veggies; option (2) with Tahini Dill sauce, diced tomato, and fresh greens

Sunday

Veggie Burger: House Made Black Bean Burger Patties with varying toppings depending on seasonality.

Maple Sage Chicken Wrap:Real Chicken marinated and roasted in maple and sage, house-made Brie sauce, cranberry-walnut mix, butter-roasted carrots and potatoes, and local greens in a spinach wrap.

BLT:
Purdy & Sons NYS Bacon (Nitrate Free), Lettuce and Tomato with Spicy Mayo on grilled Rock Hill Farm Bread.

MUFFINS!  We make vegan muffins every morning.  They are made with whole wheat pastry flour, safflower oil, soy milk, vanilla, baking powder, salt.  The flavor of the day varies, usually a fruit or berry, sometimes with nuts…

COOKIES!  We almost always have Kristen’s Vegan Everything Cookies, with oats, raisins, walnuts, and chocolate chips.  Other types of cookies include but are not limited to: a wide array of gluten-free goodies, peanut butter cookies, cream cheese cookies with jelly center, classic chocolate chip, ginger-molasses, macaroons, pecan sandies, etc.

BROWNIES!  Our basket of chocolate brownies tempts every customer.  Our brownies are a classic recipe made with organic whole wheat pastry flour, real chocolate, butter, and eggs. We also make a gluten-free version!   

COFFEE!  We brew Equal Exchange coffee which is certified Fair Trade and Organic. We also brew Gimme Coffee roasted in Ithaca, NY, which buys several varieties of organic coffee at a fair trade or above rate.  We brew five kinds each day, one decaf, and a range of dark to medium roasts.

SOUPS!  All of our soups are made right here in our kitchen with our own wholesome ingredients, including organic and local produce, organic dairy, organic rice, organic beans and pasta. Every day we offer two kinds of soups with vegan and gluten free options. Our soups can be simple and nice or gourmet and delicious. 

BURRITOS!  We have these EVERY day.  Our classic vegetarian burrito consists of:  black beans, long grain brown rice, corn, onions, peppers, spices, and cheddar cheese.  It is in a whole wheat tortilla, baked to perfection.  We also offer a vegan burrito, identical to the vegetarian version except for the substitution of in-house made vegan sour cream for the cheddar.

EGG SALAD! Nori's Classic Egg Salad Sandwiches are now available every day! WOOO HOOO!

CLASSIC HUMMUS & VEGGIE WRAPS! Another perennial favorite with house made classic hummus, fresh greens, red cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted red peppers and Balsamic vinaigrette. Now available daily!

HUMMUS:  A vegan spread made of chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, cumin and garlic.  We make several flavors: Nori's  Classic, Cilantro and Lime, Roasted Garlic, and Roasted Garlic/Red Pepper.

SALADS:  We make a variety of green salads as well as our standard Cobb and Greek salads. Garden salads are always available. 

    Greek Salads are romaine lettuce with stuffed grape leaves, feta chunks sprinkled with oregano, whole kalamata olives,             tomato wedges, pepperoncini peppers or lemon slices, and a red wine vinegar/olive oil dressing.

    Garden Salads include green leaf lettuce, grated carrots, thin-sliced red cabbage, sprouts, and tomato wedges, and                 they come with your choice of dressings.  We have home-made balsamic vinaigrette, asian vinaigrette, or honey-dijon.

    Nori's Cobb Salad usually on spinach with roasted red peppers, red onion, walnuts, cucumber, and a local hard boiled                 eggs and again your choice of dressing.
